What you can pay for

Creating a Round is always free. What ROUNDS charges for is participation access — a membership or access pass — and optional one-time purchases such as buying a Round for others.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are stored by that provider and never by ROUNDS. Their terms apply to the payment itself and are not repeated here.

Round Credits

Round Credits are prepaid value inside ROUNDS. They are not money, not a bank deposit and not redeemable for cash.

• Round Credits expire 12 months after purchase
• Round Credits are non-transferable
• Round Credits are forfeited when you delete your account

Renewals and cancellation

Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Deleting your account stops renewal at the end of the paid period and does not create a refund.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case through the in-app refund request flow. Cancelling a Round does not automatically refund a membership or pass.
