How to report

You can report a member from their profile or your chat with them, and report a Round from the Round screen. You choose a reason and can add detail. Reports are not shown to the person you reported.

Blocking is separate and instant — you do not need to report someone to block them.

How reports are handled

Reports enter the ROUNDS moderation queue. Reviewers can see the report, the reported content, and the account's history of reports, moderation actions and reliability outcomes.

ROUNDS does not run a naive keyword ban. A word on its own is not proof of misconduct; context and multiple signals are used where available.

No account is permanently banned on the strength of a single low-confidence automated signal.

Possible outcomes

What we do not promise

ROUNDS does not promise a response time, an appeal outcome, or that every report is reviewed by a person. [CONFIGURATION REQUIRED] published response-time targets and a formal appeals process are not implemented today.

ROUNDS product policy — not legal advice. Sections marked [ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED] or [CONFIGURATION REQUIRED] are not final.
