Reporting infringement

Send a notice that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed
• The exact location in ROUNDS of the material you want removed
• Your name, address, telephone number and email
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them
• Your physical or electronic signature
