Business & Sponsored Round Terms

Hosting and sponsoring

A business may host a Round or sponsor seats on one. Everything a business publishes — venue, offer, timing, availability — must be truthful, lawful and honoured as described.

ROUNDS does not charge venues commission or participation fees.

Disclosure

Sponsored seats are labelled in the app as "FREE — Sponsored by [Business]" wherever the Round is shown.

Sponsorship is not a ROUNDS endorsement, recommendation, certification or vetting of the business, its venue or its staff.

What businesses can see

Business hosts see Round-level results: seats claimed, attendance, completions and aggregate feedback for their own Rounds.

Business administrators do not receive access to private participant chats.

Commercial terms

[ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED] Business contracting terms, liability allocation, alcohol-service and promotional-law compliance must be reviewed by counsel.
